If you require any work to be done on your property and you need prices, or, you looking to sell, we also work closely with Reformas Andrés and Inmo Andrés. Andrés has a wealth of knowldge and experience in construction across Murcia.

Key Holding

When you contract Blue Sky Solutions, you are getting a reliable, honest and professional service. Starting at €60+IVA/month or pay for upfront for the year (€600+IVA), to get 2 months free.

This includes 2 visits per month to check the property and give you feedback. If you require a video call during this visits, this can be arranged free of charge. I can even collect your mail if you want!

Meet & Greet and Welcome Packs

If you have friends, family or paying guests coming to stay, Blue Sky Solutions can happily meet your guests and leave a welcome pack for them to enjoy.

Meet & Greet only:

• 8am-6pm – €30+IVA

• 6pm-11pm – €50+IVA

• 11pm-8am – €75+IVA
